| Abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá trémou a jejími psychologickými a fyziologickými projevy. Autor se v práci zabývá trémou jako pojmem a jejími různými tvary. Dále zde rozvádí její druhy a dává je do kontrastu s blízkými termíny, jakými jsou stres, strach a nervozita. Práce se také zabývá uskutečněnými výzkumy trémy a také tím, jak trémě předcházet a jakými způsoby je možné trému léčit. V práci je také zmíněno, jaké jsou konkrétní psychologické a fyziologické symptomy trémy. Práce dále klade otázky v oblasti toho, co má společné tréma s tvorbou inscenace a se vztahy inscenačního týmu. V závěru se autor zajímá o své osobní zkušenosti s trémou a snaží se je vložit do souvislostí s teoretickou částí bakalářské práce. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor thesis deals with stage fright and its psychological and physiological manifestations. Author deals with stage fright as a concept and deals with its different shapes. He also deals with its kinds and shows them on behind of its close terms as stress, fear and nervousness. This thesis also shows research of stage fright and how to prevent stage fright or how to treat it. There is also mentioned which physiological and psychological symptoms accompanies stage fright. Thesis asks questions about what does stage fright has common with creation of drama performance and its influence on relationships between team members. At the end of the thesis atuthor deals with his own experiences and tries to put it together with theoretical part of this work. Keywords |
