| Abstract | Tato diplomní práce nahlíží na oblast kulturního sektoru v České republice, na jeho fungování, strukturu a systémy financování. Jako základní, volí pohled ekonomický a analytický. Práce pojednává o prostředí, ve kterém kulturní produkt vzniká, o prostředí, ve kterém je realizován a o finančních mechanismech, které vznik produktu umožňují. Na základě analýzy konkrétních dat uvažuje nad efektivitou fungování některých subjektů a nad smysluplností jejich finančních, řídících a produkčních mechanismů. Práce analyzuje základní zdroje financování kulturního sektoru v CR a na základě poznaného se pokouší navrhnout nové možné metody a modifikace stávajícího financování, vedoucí k větší efektivitě a možnému lepšímu fungování subjektů působících v rámci tohoto sektoru, jakož i sektoru samotného. Jde však pouze o relevantní pokus, návrh, pokus, který může přispět ke zlepšení stávající situace. Avšak definitivně nalézt nová efektivní řešení financování kulturního sektoru, zefektivnit jeho současný systém fungování či vyřešit některé problémy s jeho fungováním spojené není a ani nemůže být cílem této práce. |
| Translation of abstract | This diploma thesis looks at the region 's cultural sector in the Czech Republic , its functioning, structure and systems of financing. The basic approach of this work is economic and analytic view. The work deals with the environment in which cultural product is formed , the environment in which it is implemented, about the financial mechanisms that allow the formation of the product. Based on the analysis of specific data reflects upon the efficiency of certain bodies and over the meaningfulness of their financial, management and production mechanisms. The thesis analyzes the basic sources of funding for the cultural sector in the Czech Republic and based on the known attempts to suggest possible new methods and modifications to existing funding leading to greater efficiency and possibly better functioning entities within the sector involved, as well as the entire industry itself. However, this is only relevant proposal, which may contribute to improve the current attempt. But to definitely find new effective financing solutions of cultural sector to streamline the functioning of the current system and solve some of the problems associated with its functioning is not and can not be the aim of this work. |
