| Abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o významu lidského těla v kontextu středověké kultury. Zabývá se všeobecným postavením těla v umění a obyčejném životě. Za cíl si tato práce klade poskytnout mnohočetný obraz o funkci a významu lidského těla a doložit jej příklady ze společenského života, ikonografie a divadelní kultury středověku. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor thesis is about the significance of the body in the context of the medieval culture. The thesis deals with general condition of the body in the art and ordinary life. The purpose of the thesis consists in providing the multiple image of the function and the significance of the body. This image is illustrated by the examples from social life, iconography and medieval theatre culture. |
