| Abstract | Tento dokument se zabývá psychologií vzájemné komunikace mezi členy nahrávacího týmu a interprety. Zkoumá, jaké způsoby komunikace se používají při práci hudebního režiséra. Část dokumentu popisuje nahrávání koncertu. Popis slouží jako model pro budoucí komunikaci mezi hudebními režiséry a dalšími účastníky nahrávání – produkcí, nahrávacím týmem a interprety. |
| Translation of abstract | This document deals with the psychology of mutual communication between the members of the recording team and the performers. It examines the ways of communication used by the music director. Part of the document describes the recording of the concert. The description serves as a model for future communication between music directors and other recording participants - productions, recording teams and performers. |
