| Abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma Interpret a právo by měla sloužit jako právní příručka pro interprety, kteří se s právem setkávají v různých životních situacích, aniž by o tom často věděli. Jednotlivé části se věnují otázkám autorského práva, práv s autorským právem souvisejících, daňového práva a práva sociálního zabezpečení. Krok za krokem jsou zde popsány situace, do nichž se interpret při své činnosti může dostat, práva a povinnosti z nich vyplývající a postupy, jak taková práva uplatnit nebo takové povinnosti splnit. Autorka se v práci snaží přiblížit oblast práva lidem, kteří se s ním dosud nesetkali. Používá proto i jazyk, který je přístupnější než většina odborných právnických publikací. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor’s thesis “Performer and Law” should serve as a legal guide for all the performers who get in touch with law in many different situations, often while even not knowing it. Individual sections deal with topics such as copyright law – authors’ rights and related rights, tax law and social security law. Step by step the text describes the situations that performer could be involved in due to his or her activity, all the rights and duties steaming from these situations and procedure to exercise those rights or performs those duties. The author’s aim is to familiarize people, who haven’t ever handled with law, with this huge phenomenon. Therefore, there is a comprehensible language used in this thesis, instead of that used in professional legal literature. |
