| Abstract | Bakalářská práce ?Divadelní architektura a její nové společenské funkce? mapuje v první části historický vývoj divadelní architektury, na jehož podkladu definuje povahu divadelních prostorů a význam divadla jako takového v určitých obdobích. Druhá stěžejní část práce představuje tři projekty současné divadelní architektury - Stadspodium Rotterdam, The Dee & Charles Wyly Theatre v Dallasu a návrh nerealizovaného projektu pro nové lublaňské divadlo - podrobuje je analýze a nachází jejich společné prostorové charakteristiky. Zkoumá zda-li jsou tyto vlastnosti a principy nositeli nových společenských funkcí. Základní hypotézou pro výběr projektů současné divadelní architektury je otevřenost, prostupnost a návaznost na veřejný prostor. |
| Translation of abstract | Bachelor thesis ?Theatre architecture and its new social functions? in its first half maps the historical development of theatre architecture and defines the nature of theatre space while explaining the importance of theatre performance itself throughout the history. The crucial second part of thesis introduces three contemporary theatre architectural projects - Stadspodium Rotterdam, The Dee & Charles Wyly Theatre in Dallas and design of non realized project of new Ljubljana theatre. Thesis analyses these projects and tries to find common characteristics in their space planning. It is examined whether these properties and principles bear new social functions, or not. Basic criterium for selection of these contemporary projects is openness, transmittance and their consecutive relationship with public space. |
