| Abstract | Ve své práci se věnuji americkému skladateli Johnu Williamsovi a jeho Koncertu pro tubu a orchestr. První kapitola popisuje Williamsův život od začátků jeho umělecké dráhy až po současnost. V jejích podkapitolách přibližuji jeho rozsáhlou filmovou a koncertní tvorbu, Williamsovi skladatelské úspěchy a významná ocenění. Druhá kapitola obsahuje historii a formální rozbor koncertu pro tubu a orchestr. Dále se zde věnuji interpretační problematice tohoto koncertu a nahrávce významného současného norského tubového virtuose Oysteina Baadsvika. |
| Translation of abstract | The thesis concerns an american composer John Williams and his Concerto for tuba and orchestra. The first chapter introduces William´s life and his artistic career since the beggining till now. This main chapter is divided to the three subchapters. These subchapters are about William´s extensive film´s and concert´s production, about his composer´s successes and the special music awards that he won. The second main chapter contains the history and the formal analysis Concerto for tuba and orchestra. In the end of this chapter is described the interpretative problems of the concert and the music recording of Oystein Baadsvik, the famous Norwegian tube´s virtuose. |
