| Abstract | Má bakalárská práce analyzuje jednu z japonských mang, tedy populárních komiksu? Death Note (od scénáristy Takeshi Obaty a kreslíre Tsugumi Ohby), a další média, v kterých se objevila. Jsou to ješte animovaný televizní seriál a dvoudílný hraný film. Snažila jsem se porovnávat je nejen z hlediska výrazových prostredku a deje, ale také jsem zohlednila jejich vztah k japonské soucasné vizuální kulture. Snažila jsem se taktéž obsáhnout širší kontext Japonska, at už vizualitu reklam nebo specificky japonský fenomén ?superflat?. Dalšími zkoumanými jevy byla konkrétní sociální vrstva mladých Japoncu (jejíž zástupci v Death Note podle me vystupují) ? otaku, fenomén Prodigy a také to, jak se v Death Note se samozrejmostí casto objevují a tématizují média. Poté jsem se také zabývala puvodností obrazu zprostredkovaného divákovi, at už komiksem, kresleným seriálem nebo hraným filmem, resp. jeho odvozeností/(ne)puvodností. Cerpala jsem predevším z anglicky psané literatury, ale zdrojem mi byl v hojné míre i internet a císlo casopisu Živel venované Japonsku. |
| Translation of abstract | My thesis analyses one of the japanese popular comicses ? manga ? Death Note (written by Takeshi Obata and illustrated by Tsugumi Ohba) and its other media incarnations, which means animated tv series and a feature film consisting of two parts. I put an effort to compare them considering the camera work, editing, size of the angle and the story itself. Their relationship to the contemporary japanese visual culture is mentioned too. To describe the visual character of japanese commercials and the phenomenon of "superflat" I chose to use the broader frame of Japan proper. Furthermore, I made a research on the social group of japanese teenagers called otaku, prodigy and last but not least the media technologies appearing often in Death Note. Finally I included the chapter about the origin of a picture, or, rather: how it is impossible to perceive a picture in its purity, when every single picture is derived nowadays. My thesis is mostly based on the english-written literature, but I gained a lot of information online and from a Živel issue about Japan. |
