| Abstract | Práce se zabývá dvěma fenomény, které již delší dobu rezonují na poli televizního vysílání v Evropě – norským vysílatelem veřejné služby NRK a jednou z moderních metod inovace společností značenou zkratkou NABC, a jejich protnutím se v roce 2006. První část práce představuje norského vysílatele i metodu NABC samostatně. Popisuje historický vývoj NRK, její systém a organizační strukturu do roku 2006. Dále představuje koncept metody NABC, její autory, vznik a také společnosti, které tuto metodu k řízení svých podniků užívají. Druhá část práce reflektuje implementaci metody NABC do systému NRK a její vliv na institucionální podmínky NRK. Následně pak skrze případové studie analyzuje produkci a výsledky NRK po implementaci NABC metody do svého systému, tedy v letech 2007 až 2019. |
| Translation of abstract | The thesis deals with two phenomena that have been resonating for a longer time in the field of television broadcasting in Europe - the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation NRK and one of the modern methods of company innovation marked by the abbreviation NABC, and their intersection in 2006. In the first part of the thesis both NRK and NABC method are presented separately. It describes the historical development of the NRK, its system and organisational structure by 2006. It also introduces the concept of the NABC method, its authors, and the companies that use this method to manage their businesses. The second part of the thesis reflects the implementation of the NABC method into the NRK system and its influence on the NRK’s institutional conditions. Further it analyses the subsequent production and NRK’s results after the implementation of NABC method into its system, therefore in the period 2007 to 2019. |
