| Abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá taneční produkcí uměleckého současného tance v nezávislém kulturním sektoru ČR z pohledu choreografa. Zkoumá, nakolik musí choreograf obstarávat produkční záležitosti sám, snaží se odhalit, proč tomu tak je a co z toho pro choreografy vyplývá. Zaměřuje se na vymezení pojmů ma-nagement a produkce a snaží se postihnout specifika taneční produkce. Zaobírá se profesí choreografa a způsoby jeho zaměstnání. Práce vznikla na základě hy-potéz, založených na osobních zkušenostech autorky, a jejich následné konfrontace s odbornou literaturou a zároveň vlastním empirickým výzkumem formou kvalitativních rozhovorů se čtyřmi českými choreografy nezávislého sou-časného tance. Soustředí se na přípravu a realizaci projektů, jejich fáze a úskalí z dvojího hlediska - uměleckého a produkčního v jedné osobě. Dotýká se také psychologických dopadů této problematiky na osobnost choreografa (kreativita vs. praktičnost, měkké dovednosti, psychohygiena). Výzkum potvrdil, že tato problematika se zkoumaného sektoru skutečně blízce dotýká a choreografové se s ní denně potýkají. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor thesis deals with the dance production of non-profitable contempo-rary dance theatre in the Czech republic. It follows up this theme from the choreographers' view. Commonly, the choreographer is responsible for producti-on tasks too. The aim of this thesis is to uncover the reasons and consequences of this problem. It concentrates on defining management and production and endeavours to cap-ture specifics of dance production. It describes the role of choreographer and the possible types of their employment. This thesis is based on the hypothesises supported by my personal experience and their confrontation with literature specialised on this topic and at the same time by the field research. It focuses on the preparation and realization of per-formance and the stages of that and analyzes its problematic issues from two points of view – artistic and productional. It also considers the psychological im-pact of choreographers´ multitasking jobs (creativity versus practicality, soft skills, mental health). |
