| Abstract | Magisterská práce - Problematika financování symfonických těles v České republice? se snaží ukázat na příkladu 14 symfonických orchestrů v České republice celou řadu problémů, kterým jsou tato tělesa vystavena. Na vývoji profesionálních těles v minulosti se snažím vysvětlit, že provozování hudby splňující vyšší dobové estetické nároky nikdy nebylo soběstačné a záviselo podobně jako dnes na blahovůli svých donátorů. Hodnocení provozu symfonických orchestrů u nás je ztíženo vysokou variabilitou základních podmínek a poměrně značnou nepřesností zveřejňovaných údajů. Zveřejnil jsem všechny veřejně dostupné údaje o financování 14 symfonických orchestrů a snažil se ukázat na největší rozdíly v dotacích od jejich zřizovatelů a zakladatelů. V závěru jsem se snažil ukázat na možné nástiny řešení trvalého podfinancování profesionálních hudebních souborů v České republice. |
| Translation of abstract | Master thesis -The Issue of Financing Symphony Orchestras in the Czech Republic? is trying to present the example of 14 Czech symphony orchestras and a number of problems in financing, which they are supposed to solve. The development of professional ensembles in the past is used as a way to explain that the performing of music, which meets the contemporary aesthetic requirements, has never been self-sufficient and alike today hes been dependent on the donors. The evaluation of the operation of particular symhony orchestras is complicated because of the high variability of the basic conditions and quite frequent inaccuracies in the publicised figures. I used all information accessible to the public about financing of 14 symphony orchestras and tried to show the most distinctive differences in subsidies from their founders. In the end I wanted to show sketches of possible solutions of the permanent underfunding of professional music ensembles in the Czech Republic. |
