| Abstract | Autorka se ve své bakalářské práci zabývá hudebním pouličním uměním ve městě a jeho regulacemi. Popisuje obecně závazné vyhlášky a případně jejich novely, ostatní podmínky a doporučení. Tím vyzdvihuje problematiku, se kterou se potýká především Praha, ale i jiná města s pouličními umělci. Dále mapuje historii pouličního umění v hlavním městě České republiky a přináší vhled do současné situace. |
| Translation of abstract | The author of this bachelor’s thesis focuses on urban music street performance and its regulation. The work describes local municipality by-laws, their amendments, and other conditions and recommendations concerning urban music performance in Prague, but also in other cities. The work subsequently analyses the history of street performance in the Czech Republic‘s capital city and brings insight into the current situation. |
