| Abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou režiséra při práci v tvůrčím kolektivu. Režisérova práce se odehrává v neustálém dialogu. Schopnost vést dialog je proto u tohoto povolání zásadní. Stejně jako umění hledání a udržování rovnováhy mezi chtěním ovlivňovat a odvahou být ovlivňován. Práce se okrajově věnuje přípravné práci režiséra před zkušebním procesem, kdy je stěžejní jeho kontakt s autorem, dramaturgem, výtvarníky či skladatelem. Dochází však k závěru, že pro výslednou podobu a zdar inscenace má ústřední význam až režisérův kontakt s herci. Herec je zde vnímán jako středobod celé divadelní události, jejíž nejvlastnější kouzlo je právě v setkání živých lidí v hledišti s živými lidmi na jevišti. Práce se proto soustřeďuje především na podobu vztahu režiséra a herce, na vzájemnou závislost jejich tvůrčích procesů. Ve snaze prozkoumat různé cesty režisérova přístupu k herci se ohlíží i do historie, kde nachází dvě protikladné tendence. První tendence nahlíží na herce jako na nástroj režisérovy tvořivosti, druhá jej vnímá jako její zdroj. Režisér, který počítá s hercovým přínosem dílu je zodpovědný za iniciaci a vedení jeho tvořivosti. I zde se vynořují dvě protikladné cesty. Jde o provokaci tzv. otcovské režie a motivaci režie tzv. mateřské. Volba mezi těmito cestami je dána povětšinou osobnostním typem režiséra. Zkušební proces, který je založen na důvěře v hereckou tvořivost, vyžaduje zvláštní etický postoj zúčastněných. Práce zkoumá souvislost mezi zodpovědností a tvořivostí. Dochází k přesvědčení, že tato souvislost je, vzhledem ke specifické povaze hercovy i režisérovy tvorby, k níž patří časová ohraničenost, kolektivnost, veřejnost a intimita, velká, ba zásadní. Proto se dále zabývá podmínkami, které vzniku zodpovědnosti svědčí. Ty jsou totiž těsně spjaty s podmínkami, které svědčí vzniku tvořivosti. Dochází k závěru, že ideálním prostorem pro rozvoj těchto ctností je stálý soubor. |
| Translation of abstract | The thesis focuses on the role of a director while working with creative group. Director´s work is based on a constant dialogue. His ability of leading a dialogue is therefore essential. Equally as the art of searching and keeping the balance between the will for influence and the courage to be influenced. The thesis partly deals with the preparation before the start of the rehearsing process, with the director´s contact with the playwright, dramaturge, stage designer and the composer. But it leads to a conclusion, that for the resulting form and the success of the production the contact between the director and the actors is the central. The actor is the centre of the whole theatre event, which magic is based on the meeting of the living people in the audience with the living people on the stage. In the history we find two opposite tendencies. One takes an actor as the instrument of the director´s creativity, the second as a source of it. The director that relies on the actor´s investment to the work is responsible for it´s initiation and leading. There are another two opposite ways. The first is the provocation of the paternal directory and the second is the motivation of the maternal directory. The chioce depends on the personality of the director. Teh rehearsing that relies on the actor´s creativity needs a specific ethical resort. The thesis deals with the relationship between creativity and responsibility. The conclusion is that this relationship is very close. It´s because of the time limits, colectivity, public character and intimacy of our work. The thesis therefore focuses on the conditions for responsibility and creativity. And the conclusion is that the optimal place for this is the theatre with stable ensemble. |
