| Abstract | Práce se zabývá fenoménem deepfake. Pojem deepfake označuje hyperrealistickou manipulaci audiovizuálním sdělením, která dokáže vytvořit perfektní obrazovou i zvukovou iluzi skutečnosti. Deepfake můžeme chápat jako animaci reality, jež funguje na bázi neuronové sítě umělé inteligence. Tato metoda s sebou nese novou formu manipulace ve smyslu mediální dezinformace, se kterou lze ve špatném úmyslu napáchat velké škody. Na druhé straně však otevírá škálu nových prostředků pro umělecké vyjádření, do kterého vnáší neobyčejnou svobodu. Práce analyzuje téma specifické role manipulace v audiovizuálním sdělení, kterou chápe jako základní stavební kámen umění a s tímto vědomím zkoumá především možný pozitivní dopad deepfake na naši kulturu. |
| Translation of abstract | The thesis deals with the phenomenon of deepfake. The term deepfake refers to hyperrealistic manipulation of the audiovisual message, which can create the perfect visual and audio illusion of reality. Deepfake can be understood as an animation of reality, which operates on the basis of neural network artificial intelligence. This method entails a new form of manipulation in the sense of media misinformation, which can cause great harm if the intention is wrong. On the other hand, it opens up a range of new means for artistic expression in which it brings extraordinary freedom. The thesis analyzes the topic of the specific role of manipulation in audiovisual communication, which it understands as the very basis of art, and with this in mind it examines the possible positive impact of deepfake on our culture. |
