| Abstract | Magisterská práce je zaměřena na taneční techniku, která se vyvíjela od 50.let 20.století v Americe. Tvůrcem konceptu, principů a filosofie byl Alwin Nikolais. Jeho spolupracovník a partner Murray Louis shromáždil a zpracoval Nikolaisovy myšlenky do přehledného systému, nazvaného Nikolais/Louis Technique. Jedná se o stylově neutrální techniku, silně orientovanou k představení. |
| Translation of abstract | Magister thesis focuses on dance technique, that is developed since 1950s in America. Alwin Nikolais was the creator of concept, principles and philosophy. Murray Louis, his collaborator and partner collected and compiled Nikolais´s ideas to the sophisticated system, called Nikolais/Louis Technique. The technique is neutral in any style and high oriented to perform. |
