| Abstract | Tato práce je věnována základnímu rozboru fungování Arts Council England. Úvodní část je uveden popis základních zdrojů financování umění a kultury ve Velké Británii. Zvláštní část je věnována způsobu fungování britské Národní Loterie a jejímu vlivu na podporu kultury. Další kapitola nejdříve rozebírá a popisuje historii a fungování Arts Council England. Samostatná část se zabývá vlivem hospodářské krize na Arts Council England a konkrétné uvádí, jak recese ovlivnila financování kultury ve Velké Británii. Závěrečná kapitola se věnuje možné aplikaci systému podpory kultury a umění Velké Británie do České republiky. Popisuje možnost přenesení některých aspektů do českých reálií i případný vnik instituce obdobného typu. |
| Translation of abstract | This text presents basic analysis of the functioning of the Arts Council England. First section describes the main sources of funding arts and culture in Great Britain. Special part is devoted to the activity of the UK National Lottery. Next chapter examines the history and effect of the Arts Council England. A separate section deals with the impact of economic crisis on Arts Council England and presents how the recession affected financing of culture in the UK. The final chapter is devoted to application of the funding system of Great Britain to the Czech Republic. It describes the possibility of transferring some aspects to Czech life and the possibility of creation the same organization as Arts Council England in Czech Republic |
