| Abstract | Tato práce se věnuje skladbě Tóru Takemicua, November Steps (1967); jde o avantgardní skladbu v západním stylu, která spojuje japonské tradiční nástroje biwu a šakuhači s orchestrem západního stylu. Předkládaná práce skladbu zasazuje do širšího kontextu sestávajícího ze tří základních elementů – historie spojování orientální a oxidentální kulturní tradice, vlastní osobnosti skladatele Tóru Takemicua a hudební analýzy skladby samotné. První kapitola Historický přehled vývoje evropské hudby v Japonsku ukazuje, jak došlo k tomu, že hudba, která formuje dnešní japonskou společnost, není tradiční japonskou hudbou, ale hudbou západního stylu; popisuje, jak si japonští hudebníci osvojovali západní hudbu, jak se vyvíjela skladba hudby západního stylu v Japonsku, a jak do ní začaly být zapojovány prvky japonské etnické hudby. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na práci Tóru Takemicua na produkci filmového zvuku. Věnuje se do hloubky zvukovému materiálu, který tvoří základ November steps (1967), a ukazuje pohled Takemicua na hudbu. Třetí kapitola se věnuje procesu vzniku a hudebním kritikám November steps (1967) a předkládá podrobnou analýzu skladby. Hudební analýza se soustředí na vztah mezi sólovými party japonských tradičních hudebních nástrojů a partem orchestru; popisuje, kde jsou tyto dva elementy zcela odděleny, kde se překrývají a jak jsou spojeny. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis is about the composition of Toru Takemitsu, November Steps (1967); it is a Western-style avant-garde piece that combines Japanese traditional instruments biwa and shakuhachi with a Western-style orchestra. This thesis consists of three basic elements in a wider context- the history of combining oriental and oxidental cultural traditions, the personality of the composer, Toru Takemitsu, and the musical analysis of the composition itself. In the first chapter, Historical Overview of the Development of European Music in Japan, shows how the music has shapen into today's Japanese society, not in traditional Japanese-style music, but in Western-style music; describes how Japanese musicians have learned Western music, how the Western-style music developed in Japan, and how the elements of Japanese ethnical music became involved. The second chapter focuses on the Toru Takemitsu's work on film sound production. He focuses in depth on the sound material that forms the basis of the November steps (1967), and shows Takemitsu's view of music. The third chapter deals with the process of origin and music criticism of November steps (1967), and a detailed analysis of the composition. The musical analysis focuses on the relationship between the solo parts of the Japanese traditional instruments and the orchestra parts; describes where these two elements are completely separated, where they overlap and how they are joined. |
