| Abstract | Téma této bakalářské práce jsou proměny televizního veřejnoprávního vysílání v éře digitalizace. O tom, že televize v současnosti prochází velkými změnami, a to jak proměnou technologickou, tak i co se týká struktury obsahu, není pochyb. Proces digitalizace výrazně ovlivňuje nejen kvalitu obrazu a zvuku a množství televizních kanálů, ale také divácké návyky. Ačkoliv je digitalizace již v plném proudu, mnohé tyto změny jsou prozatím teprve v začátcích. Tato práce se má soustředit především na vysílatele veřejné služby, ale mnohé fenomény jsou společné pro komerční i veřejnoprávní Tv. Cílem této práce je podívat se na digitalizaci Tv vysílání jako na fenomén "shora", z obecného pohledu. Neklade si za cíl popsat specifika této problematriky v jednotlivých zemích (tedy ne ani v ČR). |
| Translation of abstract | The topic of this are changes of the public television broadcasting, that are caused by degitalization. There are no doubts that nowadays television is goinig trough some big transformations, both in the technological way and in the waz of structure of its content. Digitalization affetcs not only quality of the picture and sound, but also viewerś habits. This thesis should be focused on the public television broadcasting, but there are many phenomenons common both for public TV and commercial TV. Thatś why there are basis and grounds of the digitalization described for both of these areas together in the first part. Changes of viewerś habits and changes of programmme structure are the parts which are mainly focused on public TV. The aim of this thesis is to look on digitalization "from above", from general point of view. It is not aiming to describe specifics of this issue in particular countries. |
