| Abstract | Cílem práce je nalezení specifik řízení operního souboru na základě detailního zkoumání české operní scény z nejrůznějších hledisek od roku 2010 až po současnost. Při sběru dat bylo využito především zdrojů sekundárních ale i primárních a dat osobně sesbíraných. Některá data byla následně zpracována do grafické podoby. Práce analyzuje personální údaje operních sólistických ansámblů, mapuje operní produkci divadel v České republice, premiérované tituly, obsazení jednotlivých inscenací a oceňování operních pěvců za umělecké výkony. Poskytuje přehled o vytížení jednotlivých sólistů operních souborů, o hostování umělců napříč republikou a vzájemném propojení českých operních scén. V poslední části práce jsou představeny názory a informace plynoucí z anonymního dotazníkového šetření mezi začínajícími operními pěvci, a postřehy dvou vybraných šéfů operních souborů. V závěru práce jsou získané informace shrnuty a jsou vyvozena základní specifika řízení operního souboru. |
| Translation of abstract | The aim of the thesis is to find the specifics of opera ensemble management from the year 2010 up until the present time. The Thesis is based on a detailed research of the Czech opera scene from all sorts of different perspectives. Predominantly, secondary data collection resources have been used, however, certain parts of the Thesis also use primary data resources, as well as data which have been collected in person. Some information has been presented in graphs. The Thesis analyses personal data of selected opera soloist ensembles, it maps out the opera production of the Czech theatres, premiered titles, the casting of individual productions and the performance awarding system of opera singers. It offers an overview of the workload of individual soloists of opera ensembles, the hosting of artists across the country and the interconnection of Czech opera stages. The last part of the Thesis presents the points of view and information resulting from an anonymous questionnaire survey among the beginning opera singers, and the observations of two selected heads of the opera ensembles. In the conclusion of the Thesis, the obtained information has been summarized and the basic specifics of the opera ensemble management are deducted. |
