| Abstract | Tato bakalářská práce na téma fotografie a morálka se zabývá přítomností nemoci a umírání ve fotografii. Záměrně vynechává příklady válečné fotografie a zaměřuje se na úkol fotografie jako vzpomínky. Práce pojednává o posmrtném portrétu, rakovině a jejich příkladech zobrazení v dějinách fotografie. V druhé části práce porovnává dva fotografické přístupy k tématu rakovina. Skrze získané poznatky a rozhovory se snaží dojít k cíli práce: jestli je fotografování takových to témat nemorální a pokud ano proč. |
| Translation of abstract | This bachelor thesis on photography and morals deals with the occurrence of disease and dying in photography. It intentionally leaves out the examples of war photography and focuses on the part where it serves as a memory. The thesis encompasses the postmorten portrait, cancer and its examples of depicting it in history. In the second part the thesis compares two photographic approaches to the topic of cancer. Using the knowledge obtained it tries to approach the goal of the thesis: whether or not is taking photographs of such topic moral and if so, why. |
