| Abstract | Bakalářská práce Komplexní scénografické řešení opery Philipa Glasse „Achnaton“ se zabývá hudebními, výtvarnými a kulturními kontexty této opery, úhly pohledu na její témata. Obsahuje životopis skladatele Philipa Glasse, genezi jeho hudby. Dále také životopisná fakta a úvahy nad osobností monoteistického faraona Achnatona. Dotýká se témat monoteismu, ideologie, modlitby a meditace. Praktická část práce je věnována interpretaci a návrhu vlastního vizuálního (scénografického a kostýmního) řešení. Příloha obsahuje libreto opery přeložené do češtiny, Achnatonův Hymnus na slunce a technické řešení scénické stavby. |
| Translation of abstract | The bachelor thesis Complex stage design project of Philip Glass’s opera „Akhnaten“ deals with musical, visual and cultural contexts of this opera, points of view on it’s themes. It contains a biography of composer Philip Glass and genesis of his music. It contains also biographic facts and thoughts dealing with personality of monoteistic pharaoh Akhnaten. It touches the themes of monotheism, ideology, prayer and meditation. Practical part of work is dedicated to own interpretation and proposal of scenic visual (scenography and costume). Appendix contains libretto of the opera translated into the Czech language, Akhnaten’s Hymn to the sun and layout of scenic decoration arrangement. |
