| Abstract | Diplomová práce Studium choreografie na HAMU je sondou do problematiky studia choreografie na Hudební a taneční fakultě Akademie múzických umění v Praze. Hlavním záměrem je zpřítomnění a zkonkretizování abstraktní představy studia a výuky choreografie. Přiblížení specifických problémů a výhod spojených se studiem. Konkrétně se zabývá tématy, kterými jsou například přijímací řízení, rozdílné pojetí choreografie ze stran pedagogů, diferencemi výuky choreografie v zavedené třístupňové formě studia, hodnocením studentské tvorby, akademickým zázemím, nebo uplatněním absolventů v oboru. Ústřední pozornost je věnována především praktické výuce choreografie a s ní spojených souvislostí v kontextu historického vývoje oboru, s úmyslným zaměřením se na její současnou podobu. Stěžejní část této práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu s respondenty z řad současných i minulých pedagogů a absolventů oboru choreografie na taneční katedře HAMU, což vedlo k vytvoření prvního systematického pokusu o (sebe)reflexi tohoto vyučovaného uměleckého oboru s jeho veškerou komplexností. |
| Translation of abstract | The diploma thesis Choreografical studies at HAMU is an investigation into particular problematics associated with the study of choreography at the Music and Dance Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. Its primary aim is the presentation and concretisation of abstract concepts through the study and teaching of choregraphy, including the approach to specific problems and advantages associated with this course of study. More precisely, it deals with issues involving the admissions process, varying approaches to choreography from a pedalogical standpoint, differences in the teaching of choreography having arisen from the introduction of the three-degree form of studies, as well as the evaluation of student output, academic facilites, and the rate of employment among graduates in the field. Particular attention is paid to the practical teaching of choreography and its associated contextualisation within the historical development of the field, the focus being, above all else, on its contemporary form. A principal element of this practice is grounded in a qualitative survey of respondents from an array of current and former pedagogues and graduates in the field of choreography at the dance department of the HAMU, one which led to the establishment of the first systematic attempt at self-examinaton within this instructional and artistic field in all of its complex entirety. |
