| Abstract | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou smyčcového kvarteta a nahlíží na ni z různých úhlů. Shrnuje historický kontext, který vedl k ukotvení smyčcového kvartetu jako prominentního žánru v rámci komorní hudby, zkoumá technické aspekty intonace a souhry, strategii společné práce na zkouškách a možnosti tvůrčího uplatnění hudebně analytického uvažování. Zamýšlí se také nad problematikou dlouhodobého soužití a týmové spolupráce v těsném prostředí tohoto souboru. Východiskem této práce je propojení autorovy více než dvacetileté zkušenosti kvartetního hráče s dostupnou českou i zahraniční literaturou, odbornými články na daná témata a v některých kapitolách také s názory kvartetních hráčů jiných významných souborů. Hlavním cílem je poskytnout ucelenou metodiku kvartetní hry, která vybaví mladé soubory potřebnými znalostmi a pomůže jim tak v prvních letech jejich společné práce. |
| Translation of abstract | This thesis investigates various questions concerning the string quartet and examines it from different angles. It summarizes the historical context leading to the quartet’s prominent role within the field of chamber music, explores technical aspects of intonation and ensemble, and looks into the strategies of teamwork in rehearsals and the possibilities of musically analytical creative thinking. Finally, it investigates problems of the long-term quartet life and the cooperation required within the quartet’s intense inner environment. The paper combines the author’s more-than-twenty years of string quartet experience with available texts and views of experienced string quartet players of other prominent ensembles. The main goal of this paper is to offer a complete methodology of string quartet playing, which would equip young ensembles with necessary knowledge, and could greatly help them in the early years of their collaboration. |
